Experienced injury management and recovery

Medic and 1st aid/CPR instructor

President, TKD Sports Association 501C3 charitable organization

I have had two life changing back injuries. At the young age of 18 while serving in the Army, I received a

back injury that resulted in the removal of a lumbar disc and the fusion of the spine. 8 years later, in a freak accident, I received a

fracture to the Thoracic (T-5) area of the spine and re-injured the first back injury. The doctors predicted a life of constant pain,

pain killers, arthritis and immobility. But that was only one option.......I'm here to tell you that though it may be occasionally painful, and you may have to "will" yourself through obstacles, martial arts training can even help someone like me not only stay mobile, but perform in ways I never thought possible. If it can help someone like me, it can help you! Increased flexibility, strength, motor skills, weight management, self defense, and participation in a sports program.

The martial arts programs we offer can provide benefits to other aspects of your life too. If you participate in other sports programs, think about what practicing martial arts will do for those other sports. Football, soccer, tennis, wrestling, basketball, baseball and many more can benefit from the training we offer. It will give you an edge over your competition. Think about your job, whether you're sitting at a desk or getting down and dirty every day, the benefits of martial arts training can improve both your physical and mental performance at work.

SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?? COME VISIT ME TODAY!!
